Impact! When we signed up, could we have imagined the impact it would have on our little nursery? Absolutely not… Impact has far surpassed our expectations in so many ways. In a time when we as a sector are facing so many challenges, from safeguarding to the increasing numbers of children requiring additional support and of course, to multiple staffing issues, Impact has stepped in!

Under one roof, the Impact platform has taken the stress out of running the nursery and given us more time to do the thing that brought us into the industry… that’s to be with the children!

Safeguarding and looking out for the vulnerable children in our setting is much more efficient, and when we need information, it is there at the touch of a button. Staff are interacting with the platform well, and inductions, training and supervision are more effective. We love the daily reminders, which keep us on track, and the RAG rating system is so easy to use and makes sure that we don’t miss anything.

The Impact team are amazing and is there to help when we need it, no question is too small or silly. We honestly could not imagine nursery life now without Impact!

Impact Early Years is everything our setting has needed. All our processes in terms of audits/ supervisions/ safeguarding concerns can all be accessed and completed online, rather than searching through multiple files to find what we’re looking for. I’ve not come across another setting that does anything near the Impact platform.
